With sessions available 7 days a week, SGPT is designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. Small Group Personal Training at The FIT Lab is not your typical group fitness “class”. We keep our groups small (max of six people) so that we can meet each individual where they are at.
