One-on-One Personal Training

One-on-one training is ideal if you require a coach’s full attention, perhaps because you’re recovering from an injury, new to strength training (or long layoff), or working toward a unique fitness goal (for ex. a marathon or triathlon).

Small Group Personal Training

Small-group Personal Training has most of the high touch coaching and service as personal training with the added bonuses of: 1. Ease of scheduling 2. Cost effectiveness 3. Training with other highly motivated peers Small group Personal training at The FIT Lab is not your typical group fitness “class”. We keep our groups small (max of six people) so that we can meet each individual where they are at. If you are new to fitness or haven’t done strength training in a while, then some personal training might be recommended-this will help to ensure you get the most out of the small group experience while allowing us to maintain high technical standards for the entire group. Keeping people safe while delivering the most effective workouts is our primary core value and our ramp-up process helps guarantee that for all members of our fitness community.

Partner Training

Looking for a way to maximize your fitness results at a great value? Our Partner Training packages offer the benefits of working with a personal trainer, while also providing the added accountability and support of a workout partner. Research shows that individuals who exercise with a partner are more likely to stick to their fitness routine and achieve their goals. Having a partner during workouts can provide an additional source of motivation and support, helping to keep you on track and accountable for your progress. The added camaraderie and shared goals also make for a fun experience where you can bond with a friend or loved one .
